Get Unit Comms Status (By Partner)

/units/comms-status/summary/by-partners/1,2,3

Requests a summary of unit communication status for a specific partners. The partner id's can be provided as comma separated values. The returned data contains the total number of units active, inactive, offline or that have never communicated to the server. The totals are updated every 10 minutes.
