Get Unit Comms Status (By Client)

/units/comms-status/summary/by-clients

Requests a summary of unit communication status for a specific clients. The clients id's can be provided as comma separated values. The returned data contains the total number of units active, inactive, offline or that have never communicated to the server. The totals are updated every 10 minutes.
