Get Unit Comms Status History Since (By Agency)

GET 
/history/comms-history/units/by-agency/since/date/time

Requests the daily recordings of unit communications for a specific agency since a given date and time. The returned data contains 10 minute intervals of the total number of units active, inactive, offline or that have never communicated to the server at that point in time.

Note: The from_date and to_date parameters must be UTC based.
